Acupuncture is just one branch of East Asian Medicine, or Traditional Chinese Medicine “TCM”. It is a beautifully poetic, ancient (roughly 3,000 years old!), indigenous medical system that includes five branches of healing modalities: Acupuncture, Herbology, Tui Na Bodywork, Qi Gong Movement, and Nutrition Counseling. Together, these tools are used to harmonize the body and deepen our relationship to nature. In TCM, we address the root of an issue to support long-term healing while also treating branch symptoms, offering relief as we care for your physical and emotional well-being as a whole.
I currently practice at Mitchell Family Acupuncture in Berkeley, CA, where I am honored to work alongside an amazing group of women specializing in perinatal care, fertility, and women’s health. While women’s health is a central focus of my work, ALL humans and conditions are welcome. I am deeply passionate about supporting teens and young adults with alternatives beyond screens and pharmaceuticals to ease stress, anxiety, and depression in this modern world.
Most recently, I completed an advanced training in Functional Medicine, further grounding my work as a Doctor of Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine. I am able to order labs for you, as well as analyze and interpret them from both a functional medicine and a Traditional Chinese Medicine lens. Each of our sessions together are different and individual to your needs. I utilize needles, moxibustion, gua sha, cupping, tuning forks, & esoteric healing to ensure for the most potent and personalized care.
Initial: $261 / Follow-Up: $161
Acupressure & Herbal Consultation
We will meet virtually, where I’ll guide you through personalized acupressure techniques and create a tailored herbal plan to support your health from anywhere in the world.
You will leave the session with a customized herbal and acupressure prescription, as well as dietary, movement and general lifestyle recommendations.
Initial: $180 / Follow-Up: $140
Home Visits
This is a beautiful way to experience the comfort of care from your own home. Whether postpartum, recovering from an injury or simply seeking a more comfortable, relaxed setting.
Please note that I can bring a massage table for an extra fee.
