Sessions may draw from acupuncture, herbal medicine, moxibustion, gua sha, cupping, tui na, and red light therapy ~ chosen not by formula, but by what your body is asking for in that moment. Your first visit is a full intake and assessment, tracing the roots of what's happening. Every visit after builds on that foundation, evolving as you do.
