This is the deepest offering: a bespoke session that draws on the full breadth of Chinese medicine and beyond. Together we'll trace your health across every layer ~ physical, mental, and energetic ~ and shape a plan built for the life you're actually living.

No two sessions are alike. Each one is woven entirely around you, and includes a custom energy prescription drawn from exactly who you are in this moment.

This is a live, one-on-one journey into your body through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine ~ your patterns, your constitution, and the quieter truths beneath your symptoms.

What's Included:

Each session takes its own shape, so I never fully know what will come through until we're in it together. But here's what you might expect to find woven into every one...

1. Full Intake & Diagnosis + Functional Lab Review (if appropriate)
Tongue diagnosis, pattern differentiation, and a look at any recent labs through both a conventional and TCM lens. The foundation of how we read what's happening in your body.

2. Personalized Recommendations + Soul Prescriptions
Diet, lifestyle, and supplement guidance tailored to your patterns and season of life, along with self-treatment points and movement practices to use.

3. Custom Herbal Formula
If appropriate, a formula built specifically for your presentation. Something you can find at home or a Chinese Medicine herbs that I order for you.

4. Energy Healing
A subtle-body healing practice, similar in spirit to Reiki, woven into the session as needed.

Exchange:

• Initial Consult (50 min) $288

• Follow-Up (30 min) $222

You'll leave with next steps you can actually follow. If a custom herbal formula is part of your plan, it can be picked up locally or shipped to you for an additional fee.

Before We Meet

Sessions take place over Zoom. After booking, you'll receive a short intake form ~ please complete it a few days ahead of our time together so I can review your history and any labs beforehand.
